Traditional semi-closed-loop control relies on ball screws, prone to thermal deformation and backlash. The SCIH100 enclosed absolute linear inductive scale measures slide position directly, enabling full closed-loop control and eliminating transmission errors at the source.

With a maximum resolution of 26 bits, absolute positioning accuracy of ≤ ±5 arcseconds, and repeatability of ≤ ±1.5 arcseconds, the sensor features generous installation tolerances—stator eccentricity within 0.044 mm or rotor eccentricity within 0.06 mm has no impact on accuracy—and supports one-click compensation via laser interferometer. With IP65 protection, accuracy remains unaffected even in wet conditions, and the sensor is inherently immune to electromagnetic interference. Available in a wide range of sizes, it adapts to rotary tables of all kinds, from precision machine tools to large-scale machining centers.
