GENMA通州湾制造基地码头工程顺利通过竣工验收

近日，GENMA通州湾制造基地——南通润邦智能装备有限公司码头工程顺利通过竣工验收。标志着该码头已具备作业能力，即将为GENMA、KOCH等产品的高效发运和全球交付提供强有力支撑。

该工程建成一座4万吨级件杂货码头及配套设施，使用岸线343米，设计年通过能力达82万吨。作为GENMA制造基地的重要物流配套，码头的投用将极大提升大型港口机械、散料装卸设备、海洋工程装备等成品的发运效率，缩短交付周期，进一步巩固GENMA在全球市场的供应链响应能力。

竣工验收由通州湾港口局、南通港口工程质量监督站、海事、环保等多部门及特邀专家组成核查组，严格依据《港口工程竣工验收办法》进行现场核查和资料评审。核查组一致认为工程按设计要求完成建设，质量合格，具备生产条件，同意通过竣工验收。

Recently, the wharf project of GENMA Tongzhou Bay Manufacturing Base, operated by Nantong Rainbow Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., successfully passed its completion acceptance inspection. This milestone signifies the wharf's operational readiness, paving the way for efficient global shipments of GENMA and KOCH products while strengthening supply chain capabilities.

The project has established a 40,000-DWT general cargo wharf with ancillary facilities, utilizing 343 meters of shoreline and achieving an annual designed throughput capacity of 820,000 tonnes. As the core logistics hub for the GENMA manufacturing base, this wharf’s commissioning will: Increase shipment efficiency for oversized products (e.g. port machinery, bulk handling systems, offshore equipment); Reduce delivery lead times through direct vessel loading; Enhance global supply chain responsiveness via dedicated heavy-lift berths.

The final acceptance was conducted by an inspection panel comprising:
• Tongzhou Bay Port Authority
• Nantong Port Engineering Quality Supervision Station
• Maritime Safety / Environmental Protection agencies
• Designated technical specialists

The panel executed rigorous on-site verification and document-based review per the Regulations on Final Acceptance Procedures for Port Construction Projects (Decree No.19 of MOT). Unanimous certification confirms:
