海浪蓝色警报 &《海洋预报》| 超强台风“摩羯”对海上风电场的灾害影响分析
国家海洋预报台根据《海洋灾害应急预案》,今天(4月28日)下午发布海浪蓝色警报。

受东海低压和冷空气的共同影响,预计4月29日上午到下午,东海南部将出现2.5到3.8米的大浪区;浙江近岸海域将出现1.8到2.8米的中浪到大浪,近岸海域海浪预警级别为蓝色。
请在上述海域作业的船只注意安全,沿海各有关单位提前采取防浪避浪措施。

摘要:利用漂浮式测风激光雷达系统获取2411号超强台风“摩羯”的观测数据,探究台风影响期间风速、风向、湍流强度、阵风系数和风灾害指数的变化特征。研究结果表明:在雷达有效探测范围内,超强台风“摩羯”的最强风速高度为 230 m,10级以上大风持续近 20 h,且在台风中心过境前后风向出现大幅偏转;湍流强度和阵风系数均呈现随高度增加而下降的趋势,两者的变化幅度和背景风速呈负相关关系;同时,湍流强度和阵风系数在前眼壁区和风眼区的垂直变化率,显著大于台风其余发展阶段;最后,研究基于激光雷达观测数据,对不同高度的风灾害指数进行量化,以评估台风对海上风电场的灾害影响。

Abstract:This study employed a Floating Doppler Lidar system to analyze the changes in wind speed, wind direction, turbulence intensity, gust factor, and wind disaster index during Super Typhoon "YAGI". It is discovered that the maximum wind speed of Super Typhoon "YAGI" within the effective detection range of the lidar occurred at 230 m, with winds exceeding level 10 persisting for nearly 20 hours. Moreover, there was a significant shift in wind direction after the passage of the typhoon's center. Turbulence intensity and gust factor exhibited a decreasing trend as height increased, and their variation amplitudes were negatively correlated with the background wind speed. Additionally, the vertical variation rates of turbulence intensity and gust factor in the pre-eye wall region and the eye region were notably higher than those during the other phases of the typhoon. Lastly, utilizing the observational data from the lidar, the study quantified the wind disaster index at various heights to evaluate the potential disaster impact of the typhoon on offshore wind farms.
