期权“炼”成记
期权诞生于美国内战时期，与芝加哥期货相伴而生，当时称作特惠权、特权交易，本质是看涨、看跌期权，为粮商、航运商提供价格避险工具。因其拥有可交割、可放弃的选择权，不像期货必须实物履约，很快被贴上赌博标签。
1865年芝加哥期货交易所出台规则，不认可期权交易合法性，禁止场内公开交易，但场外、走廊私下交易禁而不止。战后粮价大跌、铁路与仓储垄断、农场主亏损怨声四起，1874年伊利诺斯州立法将期权定为赌博合约，罚款监禁并判定合约无效。
司法逐步划定边界：有交割意向的远期期货合法，带买卖选择权的期权非法。又因市场九成以上合约实际无实物交割，法院改用“交割意向”做判定，给期权留下生存空间。此后百年间期权屡遭美国国会、联邦政府多次立法禁令，却因实体套保刚需顽强存续，历经打压淬炼，最终成长为正规风险管理衍生品。
二、期权发展关键时间轴（大事年表）
1. 1848：芝加哥期货交易所成立，初期只是商人聚会场所
2. 1861：美国内战爆发，农产品市场扩容，期货、期权相伴兴起
3. 1865.10.13：现代商品期货规则成型；芝交所摒弃期权，不认其为合法商业交易
4. 1867：伊利诺斯州出台仓库法案，拟认定投机合约为赌博，后撤销相关条款
5. 1873：伊利诺斯农场主协会壮大，强烈抨击交易所投机、逼仓行为
6. 1874：伊州立法正式禁止期权交易，定性为赌博合约
7. 1875–1879：多起司法判例确立：期货合法、带选择权的期权非法；以交割意向作为判案标准
8. 1892：美国国会险些通过全国反期权法案，差26票未生效
9. 1921/1936/1978：美国联邦政府多次出台禁令禁止期权交易
10. 全程主线：禁而不绝、压而不亡，靠市场避险刚需在夹缝演化，最终标准化合法化。
