线路选型：数据采集系统兼容FPC、FDC、FFC多种布线形式，选型灵活；

量产规格：可承接1m×0.8m以内尺寸产品批量生产；

结构优势：整体轻薄规整、集成度高，提升电池包空间利用率与组装效率；

应用场景：轻量化设计，适配新能源汽车、储能等各类大尺寸电池包项目。

合规标准：FPC符合IPC-6013挠性及刚挠印制板的鉴定及性能规范，品质有据可依；

安全防护：过流5A可在3s内快速熔断，FPC柔性分支可缓冲电池包膨胀形变；

生产能力：自有SMT产线，支持2.5m以内FPC-A量产，最大量产尺寸2.5m×0.8m。

Compliance: FPC per IPC‑6013

Safety feature: Built‑in overcurrent protection fuses within 3 seconds at 5A overload; Flexible FPC tails accommodate pack expansion.

Wire Harness+Thermoformed Plastic Frame CCS

线束标准：线束严格按照QC/T 29106《汽车电线束技术条件》加工；

使用寿命：搭载玻封NTC元器件，满足20年长效使用需求；

Harness specification: Compliant with QC/T 29106.

Service life: Glass-sealed NTC enables 20-year service life.
