Targeting electric ships, COSCO Tianjin New Division inaugurated. On Aug.18 the forum on electric ships 2026 is coming

In order to thoroughly implement the Cosco Group's "15th Five-Year Plan" strategic deployment on "green, low-carbon, and digital intelligence," seize the development opportunities of the new energy vessel industry, and focus on electric ships, on July 6, COSCO Shipping (Tianjin) Co., Ltd.'s New Energy Ship Division was officially inaugurated. This marks a milestone and key step for Tianjin COSCO Shipping in implementing its group strategy and positioning itself in the new energy vessel industry, injecting strong new momentum into the company's transformation and development.

At the ceremony, company leaders, heads of relevant departments, and employee representatives witnessed this moment together. Lv Xin, Chairman and Party Secretary of the company, and Shen Xi, Director, General Manager, and Deputy Party Secretary, jointly unveiled the plaque for the "COSCO Shipping (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. New Energy Ship Division," officially launching this new department carrying the green mission.
