各位同仁、各位嘉宾：
大家下午好！
贯通中英两国法，笃定航运保险业。我是海事律师杨永，非常荣幸能代表上海市华荣律师事务所，诚挚欢迎各位莅临现场。今天我们紧密团结在中国远洋船东周围，旨在重述与重塑中国保赔保险生态，拆解与重构其相互性的基因密码，慎思和明辨其商业性的实践战果。
本人1986年嗜好古诗文，1989年初中偏爱英语，1992年步入机电专业，1996年工余自学法律，沉淀四十年无用之学，托举三十年经世致用，让我以理工科思维，追求航运业金字塔的造物主视角，以此向诸位汇报。而中国航运，早已从改革开放之初的摸索阵痛期，迈入了与国际保赔集团（IG）十二家协会深度对话、同台献礼的关键发展期。
今天，我倍感荣幸地邀请到了国内孤勇无二、毕生专注远洋船舶保险及其经纪工作的曹宏先生。曹先生用整整四十年职业生涯，吃透了保赔协会一百多年精髓。保险经纪在1995年 《保险法》第123条落地生根，航运经纪在2026年《民事案件案由规定》第251条登堂入室。历史照进现实。曹先生将一甲子功底，浓缩为九十分钟的水险讲习大餐。他将带领我们望闻问切保赔市场脉象，探摸国际保赔集团根基，为我们中国船东“十年磨一剑、十月怀一胎”的水险入局、金融破局之形神兼备，把脉开方。
曹先生春风化雨之开讲，本律师心田滋润之开悟，化作引玉之砖，敲开壮游之门，穿越海权之史。
第一，万物皆数，造就海权皆法。中国船东要重建的华夏航运业金字塔，离不开约法三章——航运保险、航运经纪与海事法律，三足鼎立，缺一不可。
第二，保险皆信，成就远航皆期。保险取信（Insurance）做引药，银行上岸（Bank）是金融。保赔协会入会凭证，是“携子之手，与君偕老”的全生命周期之约；它是多层堡垒资金池，更是船东之间相互托付、彼此兜底的信任契约防波堤——一份一诺千金的生死照会。
第三，信者皆渡，金融源流皆船。大禹治水古瀛洲，金融如水见众生。二人同心，其利断金。我追随曹先生十余年，见证了他将“勇者无惧、智者无忧、仁者无敌”融会贯通，并践行于“我行我愿、我愿我行”的智、信、仁、勇、严之中。对于曹先生的教诲，我一直听话照做，不敢懈怠，进而反复观摩协会条款如何成就地缘冲突阴影下的航行自由。
