8月21日，央视新闻报道了我国自主研发新一代深水多功能海洋工程船“海洋石油292”在江苏完工交付的消息。该船配备的GENMA品牌400吨海工吊和50吨折臂吊，均由南通润邦重机有限公司生产制造。

报道中提到，该船创新应用了双吊机协调及智能吊装系统，400吨主吊与50吨辅吊可协同作业，通过智能化吊装控制系统实现精准配合，满足复杂海洋工程场景下的多样化吊装需求。

该船搭载的GENMA 400吨基座式海洋起重机，根据船体结构与作业空间非标定制，实现负载曲线最优。关键部件内置布置，有效隔离海洋高盐雾环境，防腐等级高、使用寿命长。

操控方面采用AFE全变频驱动技术，起落钩丝滑平稳，重载工况下依然精准可控，同时能量回馈效率高，节能效果显著。力矩限制、紧急释放、超速保护等多重安全保护机制，确保人员与设备安全。低重心设计使结构紧凑、抗风浪能力强，恶劣海况下仍可稳定作业。模块化分段设计便于运输与现场组装，缩短船舶改造周期。

该船搭载的另一台GENMA 50吨折臂式海洋起重机，采用关节折臂式设计，臂架可灵活弯折，不工作时节省甲板空间。焊接箱型吊臂轻巧坚固、重心低，兼具高刚性与高稳定性。

升降、变幅、旋转、折臂四大机构可独立或协同运行，全无级调速，动作平稳无冲击，节能且精准可控。结构简洁、维护需求低，集成液压泵站，液压驱动，适应不同动力环境。

China’s state media recently reported the completion and delivery of “HYSY 292” – a new-generation deepwater multipurpose offshore engineering vessel built in Jiangsu, China. The vessel is equipped with GENMA‑branded 400‑ton marine crane and 50‑ton knuckle boom crane, both manufactured by Nantong Rainbow Heavy Machineries Co., Ltd.

The report highlighted the vessel’s coordinated twin-crane and intelligent lifting system, which enables the 400-ton main crane and the 50-ton auxiliary crane to work in tandem. Controlled by an intelligent lifting control system, the two cranes deliver precise coordination for diverse and complex offshore operations.
