GENMA获国内知名船厂24台甲板重型克令吊订单

日前，GENMA与国内知名船厂成功签署合作协议，将为其提供24台MPV甲板重型克令吊。该批设备最大起重能力500吨、最大工作半径42米。这是GENMA在船舶甲板重型起重装备领域迄今最大规模的批量订单之一，该批订单将由南通润邦重机有限公司负责生产制造。

GENMA甲板重型克令吊采用轻量化设计，适应船载安装的空间限制与严苛工况。设备提供变频驱动与电液驱动两种技术路线，客户可根据船舶工况和作业习惯灵活选择。其中变频方案搭载永磁同步电机，采用AFE共直流母线能量回馈技术，综合节能效果显著；液冷变频器稳定可靠，适应高温高湿环境持续作业。整机配备多级过载保护与智能防撞系统，保障高频作业的可靠性与安全性。

近年来，GENMA围绕船舶与海工装备持续深耕，在船舶起重机及海洋工程起重机等细分领域积累了丰富的设计与制造经验，逐步建立起差异化的产品竞争优势。此次批量订单的成功签署，进一步丰富了GENMA在船舶配套领域的产品应用版图，为高端装备制造业务的持续拓展奠定了更坚实的基础。

GENMA has signed a supply agreement with a major domestic shipyard to provide 24 MPV heavy‑lift deck cranes. With a maximum lifting capacity of 500 tonnes and a working radius of up to 42 metres, this order marks GENMA’s largest single‑batch project to date in the marine deck crane sector. This order will be manufactured by Nantong Rainbow Heavy Machineries Co., Ltd.

The cranes feature a lightweight design built for the space constraints and demanding conditions onboard vessels. Customers can choose between two drive technologies — VFD and electro-hydraulic — to match their vessel’s operating profile. The VFD solution uses permanent magnet synchronous motors with AFE common DC bus energy feedback for significant energy savings, while liquid-cooled drives ensure stable operation in hot and humid environments. Multi-level overload protection and an intelligent anti-collision system safeguard reliability and safety during high-frequency lifting operations.

Over the years, GENMA has built extensive expertise in marine and offshore lifting equipment, steadily establishing a differentiated competitive edge.
