论坛预告｜AI时代全球青少年创新素养培育论坛：未来教育怎么变？AI时代青少年最需要什么能力？

人工智能正以前所未有的速度改变学习、创新与未来人才培养的方式。

当AI能够辅助科研、生成内容、解决问题，青少年应该具备怎样的核心素养？学校应该培养什么样的能力？教师又将扮演怎样的角色？

作为长期深耕青少年科技创新与素质教育的平台，上海市科技艺术教育中心始终关注AI时代的人才培养命题。今年7月，在世界人工智能大会（WAIC）期间由上海市科技艺术教育中心与WAIC YOUNG共同举办的青少年论坛，将邀请全球教育前沿的一线教育者、教育创新实践者及专家，共同探讨“AI时代全球青少年创新素养培育”这一重要议题。

Artificial Intelligence is transforming the way we learn, innovate, and cultivate future talent at an unprecedented pace.

As AI increasingly assists with research, content creation, and problem-solving, what core competencies should youth develop? What capabilities should schools prioritize? And what role will educators play in this new era?

As a platform dedicated to youth innovation and quality-oriented education, the Shanghai Science and Technology Art Education Center‌ has long been committed to exploring talent development in the era of AI. This July, during the World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC), the WAIC YOUNG Youth Forum, jointly organized by the Shanghai Science and Technology Art Education Center and WAIC YOUNG, will invite leading global educators, educational innovators, and experts to jointly discuss a critical topic "Cultivating Global Youth Innovation Competencies in the AI Era".

议题一：拒绝被AI“喂养”：当大模型知道所有标准答案，我们如何保持独立思考？

AI查资料只要3秒，写大纲只要5秒。但习惯了让AI动脑，我们的独立思考能力会不会“退化”？在人人都用大模型的时代，青少年如何不被算法圈养，练出真正属于自己的“独立思考力”？

议题二：从“背公式”到“用AI搞科研”：这届青少年的核心竞争力变了吗？

连科学家都在用AI预测蛋白质结构、寻找新材料了。未来的选拔和科创竞赛，不再看你死记硬背了多少公式，而是看你能不能向AI提出一个“好问题”。AI时代，青少年最保值的“核心素养”到底是什么？

议题三：当AI变成“全知导师”，我们还需要什么样的老师和学校？

AI可以24小时无怨无悔地给学生讲题，知识传授的门槛被彻底抹平。那么，未来的学校和老师，最大的价值会变成什么？是心理陪伴、审美引导，还是带学生去触碰真实的物理世界？

Topic 1: Refusing to Be "Fed" by AI: When Large Models Know All the Standard Answers, How Do We Maintain Independent Thinking?

AI can retrieve information in seconds and generate outlines almost instantly. But if we rely on AI to think for us, could our own critical thinking abilities weaken? In an era where everyone uses large models, how can young people develop genuine independent thinking rather than becoming dependent on algorithms?

Topic 2: From "Memorizing Formulas" to "Conducting AI-Assisted Research": Has the Competitive Edge of Youth Changed?

Even scientists are now using AI to predict protein structures and discover new materials. Future talent selection and science innovation competitions will no longer focus on how many formulas you have memorized, but rather on whether you can ask AI a "good question." In the AI era, what are the most enduring and future-proof competencies for youth?

Topic 3: When AI Becomes an “All-Knowing Tutor,” What Kind of Teachers and Schools Do We Still Need?

AI can provide personalized guidance anytime, anywhere, dramatically lowering barriers to knowledge acquisition. In this context, what will become the greatest value of schools and educators? Will it be emotional support, aesthetic education, creativity development, or helping students engage with real-world experiences and challenges?

Open Question: If you had the opportunity to ask a question to leading educators, educational innovators, and experts from around the world, what would you ask?
