Shintaro Seki, a JSPS Postdoctoral Researcher in the Music Information Intelligence Team, has been featured in a RIKEN researcher profile article.
The article introduces Seki’s research on making historical documents related to gagaku machine-readable. It also presents the appeal and challenges of interdisciplinary research that bridges musicology and informatics, the significance of conducting such research at RIKEN, and his message to young researchers.
